Download the installer in the above table, then double-click the installer. It will install bd+.dll and libdvdcss-2.dll in the Xreveal installation directory.
The installer just copies files, there is no uninstall record in the Windows control panel. When you uninstall Xreveal, this plugins will also be uninstalled.
