Added option to create rip log file

This feature is disabled by default.

You can choose the log file format: RTF or TXT (Default).

Fixed country codes are not removed when there are no region code protection found

Some Blu-rays many only contain contry codes protection, the previous version of Xreveal skip to remove the protection in this case.

Fixed failed to decrypt HD-DVD

Xreveal should be able to open all the HD-DVD released.

Fixed failed to remove CCI for BDAV

All previous version of Xreveal has a bug that cannot remove copy control information (CCI) for BDAV. When "Remove CCI (Copy control Inforamtion) is checked in settings, some m2ts may corrupt and cannot play.

Bumped the kernel driver version to 2.7.0

We fixed "Fixed failed to create to temp file" which caused by xreveal.sys, and made some other minor changes.

Because we didn't change the driver internal version, please reboot your computer for these changes to take effect.
