Added support for destination paths that include variables

This was a user request from a long time ago.

Any chance we could see a naming convention option to append whether the ISO is BD or UHD to the end? I generally rip both discs that come in the set and it would be a nice quality of life improvement not to have to manually rename them.

Users can use destination templates to save ripped files to different locations based on the disc type and name. The default destination template is:

1. $(DestDir)$(DiscLabel)
2. $(DestDir)$(DiscName)
